ATB is a very good bank in my experience with banks in Alberta. They provide outstanding customer service. Recently had a complicated issue with ongoing mortgage and Solomon Oliver Kousha along with his manager have been able to resolve the issue I was dealing with and that was a great relief to me. I prefer having ATB as my main bank as opposed to other major banks. They really care about their customers. Thank you. Read more

7th and 7th Downtown Calgary is my home branch, which I had to open up in 2008 when I moved there from Ontario, Well I have been back in Ontario for over a year now and had a unfortunate situation with my account. It was truly a out of luck- if by the BOOk thing. BUT a girl; Christian and a young fellow Jeff sorted things out for me, along with some non connected advice that came across as 2 people who actually cared without effort-this, at the branch level, it wasn't one one of those call center services. 2 months ago they had also called me up when my debit card was being used in a manner that was erratic to my history and use, thereby making sure my card was not in the wrong hands. WELL BOTTOM Line is that with so many things I have had in the NEGATIVE banking thoughts; this Branch Takes the Cake and deserves to be recognized for their people skills, and THEY ALWAYS HAD Coffee available, sometimes even donuts.
