Came there for a minor problem he couldnt fix it at the moment but it took 5 min and he charge me 25$ Really awefull i wouldnt be mad at 10$ but seriously
I had a problem that other "experts" did not want to tackle. It had to do with hidden emails. "Josh" was patient and did not give up before he
solved the problem.
These guys are awesome and THEY KNOW THERE STUFF...had me up and running short order and saved me for losing very good potential customer ..customer for life!!!
Desmond and Austin at computer empourium are awesome. They are very helpful and have a lot of great products. Im not sure who Trevor is but he is not an employee at Computer Emporium. I would highly reccommend this store to anyone. I have been an employee in customer service for 20 plus years, so customer service is very important to me. Great job guys!
Desmond is great, but Trevor is irrational, and certainly not someone I would recommend doing business with. I am responsible for a large national digital signage network and deal with dozens of IT techs across Canada every year. Sadly Trevor is one of the most irrational people I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Considering the volume of repeat business I could have offered Computer Emporium it seems a shame Trevor was unwilling to work within the limits of our billing system.
I thought it best to let the reader know that "Chris" has never been in our store and has never purchased any product from us. He is a digital sign contractor from Ontario who wanted us to work on his product here in Fort St. John. He had no method of payment, only that we trust him to pay later. As a retailer who does not have any receivables I let him know that a credit card must be presented for payment. Then Chris suggested that I "charge him double" for the job. Here is where I let him know that it "smelled funny" that he had no authority to pay by credit card but he had the authority to ask me to charge his company double for my services. I declined to do the job for this contractor from another province who I had never worked with before and had no method of payment
