DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They wrote down my credit information incorrectly then a few days after the tow the driver not the company calls late in the evening with a voicemail asking for my credit card details then proceeds to constantly contact me the next day then threatens me saying I know where you live and I will get my money someway ........ and their price is really steep and for compensation they give 30$ off. Just no stay away please I beg you
They quoted me for $89 for a tow. I called to confirm that was all I would have to pay after seeing the bad reviews. I confirmed on this second call that the service charge was $89, as long as I was towed less than 5 km. I was towed about 2.7 km. When I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $192.24 - more than double what I expected. I called in to complain, but they insisted that they had not charged me anything extra.
DO NOT RECOMMEND SWIFT TOWING, They were way over the estimated time, then made me hook up my own vehicle to tow it out, cause apparently i know what im doing, then when I was taking the emergency brake off and putting it into neutral he started pulling my vehicle almost pulling my door right off and almost pinning me up against a fence. He then backed into my vehicle

The price varies and has little to do with how long a job takes, as some tow service calls require different equipment (flatbed tow, heavy tow, etc.) and depending on the model of your car, can require additional work to get it hooked up to the truck. Our drivers are generally quick with the tow as we recognize your time is valuable. While the distance of the tow can also effect the cost of your service, we generally advise our clients prior to sending a technician to the scene what the cost will be.

Awesome Service
I was locked outside of my car one cold night and called them as i thought tow truck would be faster. Apparently, they also got light duty roadside vehicles. The girl that answered the phone was very nice, and instructed me to go inside the tim hortons (she saw that from looking in the map, NOT from me telling her i was across from one!), and sent a guy named Alex who opened the car in less than 3 minutes.
Price is very reasonable considering it was almost 1am, and id say the service was top notch.
