I am addicted to Indian food. I've been to just about every Indian restaurant in T.O. Without reservation ( pardon the pun ) I can say that this place is at the top of my list. Not only is the food fantastic but the price is an unbelievable 10 dollars for lunch and 12 for dinner. ALL YOU CAN EAT. You can order specialty dishes from the kitchen but the buffet has so many selections that you don't need to. Superb, fresh made naan and as many poppadums as you want are included in the price as well as desert. You just can't beat it. I discovered this place about 3 years ago and since then I have been going once a week, every week. No kidding, it's THAT good. Not once have I been disappointed. My wife and I have been going here since they opened about 11 years ago. The flavours are fantastic and our only complaint is that they need to tone down the spiciness (heat) of the food. We keep trying other Indian restaurants in Brampton but always come back to Minar as our favourite. Great food at a great price with an adequate atmosphere. Great Masala Chai & Nan Bread too. as to the washrooms.... they could use a bit of maintenance but are always CLEAN and certainly in better shape than most Indian restaurants we have tried.
