I recently took a print in to get framed. The owner did a fantastic job - and at a great price. While in the store, another customer told me he'd taken a number of items in for framing - and was always thrilled with the results. It was not my only great experience at rockcliffe photo. Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. It’s far for me to get here but they’re close to my doctor so I plan my visits accordingly to benefit from their service and prices.

I recently purchased a 2009 Camry from this business. Salesman was Jerry and he friendly and did all to assist me. Car was clean and price was good. I ordered 4 extra rims and new tires for small amount extra. The car was ready for pickup on time. I would recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a new car. I visited many electric bike stores but Ebike Plus at 89 Montreal road in Vanier was by far the best. Carlos and Charles took the time to listen to my needs and suggested the appropriate bike. I was referred by Intact to call FH Rowat for motorcycle insurance. After leaving a voicemail message, a broker got back to me the same afternoon.
She was very courteous, efficient, and knew exactly what to ask in order to prepare my quote.
I'd rate 5-stars if the premium offered had been better, but that's not entirely in the control of the broker.
Overall, if I were in need of an insurance broker in Ottawa, I would definitely call FH Rowat again.
