He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. I recently had a patio door, and entrance door installed by Clera Windows in Barrie. I was very happy with the doors that I received. The guys that came to install my doors did a great job, and made sure they took all the garbage, and my old doors with them to dispose of.
