We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny. Read more

December 26th, 2019 We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! There is a reason The Keg does so well. You always get great service, great food and great atmosphere regardless of which one you go to across Canada. This location is no exception. I have been to this place now at least 15 times over the past year and not once have I been disappointed. It seems they keep getting better and better and though my only issue is how impossible it is to get into on Friday and Saturday nights. Read more

I bought a jar of the “coconut, curry, carrot soup last Friday to take home. I heated it up today and I found it extremely bland. A very, very light taste of the coconut and curry. I would not have recognized it as being a carrot based soup. I would suggest that you revamp this recipe. I would be hesitant of buying any other soups. Pumpkin pie was delicious.
