This place actually has two names, Yee's and 'Al's Pizza'. I haven't really ordered any of the Chinese food before, but here's the secret - PIZZA ROLLS!!! They are like egg rolls but instead they're full of whatever pizza toppings you want. They ask you what you want in them and make them right there in front of you. They are to dieeee for I love them, and they are SO cheap only like $2.25. I've never come across anything like this at any other restaurant, so it keeps me coming back. Al is such a nice guy too, so friendly and always remembers my face. The sauce that comes with the chicken wings is amazing, its like sweet and sour sauce mixed with medium wing sauce or something, I don't know but I love it. Read more

This is my second visit to Splice's new S Burger addition. I first heard of it when I saw a Wagjag. Although I was hesitant at first, I figured that every joint is at least worth a try. I was expecting rather mediocre food given that the venue's primary face is a nightclub. I think this is the same reason why they are not getting the number of patrons they deserve. The food was surprisingly good. Excellent burger & fries served with a pleasantly garlicy aioli, and the organic wings with housemade sauces were quite good as well. The service is hit or miss depending on who you get (the dark haired girl was very attentive and accommodating). Today was my first visit to Hockey Sushi. I was more than impressed! The service was FAST, and they food was amazing. So much variety. The concept of this buffet so so unique, but it makes so much sense! Everyone can get what they want, with little to now waste, and no contamination from other guests. Theyre the most polite people and man do they make fantastic pizza, poutine and garlic bread. Id really love to give them a 5 star but my only complaint is the price and even though it might be steep you really do get what you pay for.Also recommend they go with loaf bread for the garlic bread the slices are great but I feel that the given 8 might be a tad slim and even if they have to up the price a tad for a loaf I guess thats fine as well. I love this place! It's a small store front family restaurant. As we walked in the door, on the left, is a huge fish shaped menu, virtually from floor to ceiling and hand printed in chalk. It took several minutes to read but was well worth the time. We were greeted by the proprietor, Darcy, who showed us to our table. We talked for a bit and discussed the menu as she described her featured items. I asked about the chips (french fry style). She uses fresh, hand cut, russet potatoes deep frying them to a shade darker than golden brown. These are the chips I have only dreamed of, since childhood, so many years ago. (Today, almost all are frozen, yuck.) The white fish is from the deep cold waters of the Northern Great Lakes No bones about it. The caesar salad was crisp with a tasty dressing. My double order of fish and chips were good for two but perfect for me. No regrets! The cold slaw was finely chopped and delicious Although this is an older building, the washrooms were clean and tidy. We were only in the Wiarton area a total of four days but we liked the fish and chips so much, we went back for a second dinner. Read more

I went in on my lunch break to grab something quick to eat. I never expected such a variety of items on their menu! They have wraps on whole wheat, massive sandwiches on ciabatta buns which are under 10$ with a side! Never have I found such a nice place with great service. I had my wrap (seriously vegetarian) within 15 minutes. Was served nice and warm! Great choices for healthy lunches which are filling, and also treats for those who have a sweet tooth! Dropped in for lunch this week and was very pleasantly surprised to find this calibre of Japanese food in Peterborough. Excellent food. Very authentic. So much so it helps to be familiar with Japanese food before ordering (staff speak very little English). Fixed price for as much as you want on the menu. However a note on menu says you will be charged for what you don't eat. I thought that was an inspired way to prevent the waste usually associated with all you can eat restaurants. A little pricy but you certainly get your money's worth. Looking forward to a return visit for dinner. Read more
