I guess we could be considered regulars ,as we go at least once a week. The service in my opinion is great even when the server is all by herself on a busy wing night. As for the review with the $50 certificate they did have a sign on the front door, I saw it there for quite some time. The food is always good but if there is a problem they rectifiy it for us. So Im thinking most people that say they have had bad experiences with the girls being rude is just unfounded , never seen that myself. I have seen alot of loud pushy people in there and they still try to be nice.

We ordered East Sides for Mothers Day and we were not disappointed!! We usually don't order out on big holidays as we know everywhere is crazy busy but we decided to treat ourselves this year and are glad we did. Portion sizes were spot on, food was hot and delicious and the staff were amazing. Great job!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be back!

My husband,daughter and son-in-law and my-self were there on Thursday July 20th in the evening, service was very good prompt and courteous. The food ordered by all four of was very good not one complaint from the table. For Italian food we would go back, it was hot, tasty and well presented.

Incredible food. Perfectly cooked pasta, delicious sauce and quality cheese. I would highly recommend The Parm House for a meal or your next event. WOW!!!! My party and I were impressed.
I have had the pleasure of a couple of Friday night specials and I will be back. The polenta & duck with spaghetti alla chitarra, rapini, mixed rucula salad, focaccia and desert were a dining experience on par with some of Italy's finest restaurants I've had the pleasure to enjoy. Another delicious meal at Umberto's last night, with great service, a quiet table, and an unpretentious atmosphere. A side note, but important, they hit just the right note with the background music. Smooth jazz at just enough volume to enjoy. It was fairly quiet for a Thursday night, but the other half dozen or so tables were also filled with diners expressing their appreciation for a good meal.
Beef carpaccio was, like all the dishes, the perfect size portion. My husband and I shared it well as the bruschetta, which was a little too cheesy for me but perfect for him. The chef salad is a great mix of greens and veg with a nice vinaigrette. The ostrich and kangaroo - what can I say - grilled/sauteed just beautifully and mouthwateringly delicious. The Shiraz reduction was a very nice accompaniment to the kangaroo. Both entrees were served with roasted veg and potatoes, nicely seasoned, as well as a charming little fresh vegetable relish/slaw on radicchio. Shared a bottle of 2009 Rosemount Cab Shiraz, chosen from the small but interesting wine list, proved a good choice. We lingered over tiramisu and flourless chocolate hazelnut cake, preferring the tiramisu. The "Umberto" specialty coffee was a lovely finish to the meal. Ingredients were fresh, attention was paid to presentation, and the service was very attentive yet not intrusive. We will definitely be back. (I will try the seafood pasta next time - 3 of the table of 6 near us ordered it as their favorite)
