I visited Swiss Chalet with low expectations. My four year old son was excited about the toys they offered so we went for a quick dinner. I was pleasently surprised. We sat with a young waitress who I unfortunatly also held low expectations for. At such a young age I doubted that she knew much...however she provided us with better service than we had recieved in a chain..maybe ever. She brought our meals promptly, was attentive, we didnt need to ask for refills, and when my son spilt on himself, she cleaned it all up and even stopped his crying. The food wasn't great, but as long as you have service like that, I would be back anytime. Read more

I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) Always yummy as you'd expect from a Swiss chalet. It's a very busy location but certain times of the day it is easier to be seated. Waits aren't usually too long. One time they ran out of chicken! But I love this restaurant and would say its my favourite place for dining. Read more

We arrived at the restaurant about 5:50 pm and it was packed. So upon arrival, we had to sign in and wait about 10 minutes. Then when we did get our table, we ordered our food and drinks, but due to the number of customers, our server was very distracted. So we ended up waiting 10 minutes for our food, but it was worth it when it arrived. The food was excellent, but our service was a little frustrating. The prices were also reasonable. It was about $33 for two of us to eat. Nonetheless, we will continue to go here. Read more
