I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time. I went to this place not too long ago, i absolutely loved my poutine. But my burger was not what i was expecting. One of the staff saw i wasn't too happy with my order as i was leaving. This gentleman actually ran down the street in mid winter in a t-shirt to catch up with me , so he could refund me for my burger. I thought this was spectacular. You just never see that anywhere else. I will for sure be back just because of that. Keep up the good work guys ! Read more

The service at this Mr. Sub is unlike any other franchise. The 3 main employees/manager there take pride in their customer service, freshness of their food products as well as cleanliness of their establishment. There are a lot of regulars who frequent this spot specifically for the employees who work there. They know the regulars names and what they order and they always have a smile on their face while working. It is a nice change to get that type of service at a more "fast food" takeout place and lastly they are very fast and efficient as they understand that most of their clientele are on their lunch time and need to get in and out quick.
