This is a known restaurant. I have to drive by the Burnaby area (near the Metrotown)to dine in here. So when they opened in Surrey I was so delighted. True, that their service needs an improvement but I don't mind waiting because the food is really good unlike w/ the other Chinese restos here in Surrey with fast services but very bad food.
