This place is a hidden gem. Walked in and ordered a pizza out of curiosity to see if it was good. The pizza is really great! The crust is better than most places and the pizzas are not as greasy. On the outside, this place looks "meh" but walk in and it is lovely and charming and CLEAN. We didn't feel like Italian but we thought we would take a chance on a basic burger, fries and coca cola. There is nothing basic about this burger. It was fresh and made with love and the fries were freshly cut and perfecto.I could see part of the kitchen from where we sat and it was as clean as my mama's kitchen. Next test was the bathroom. As I guessed, it was clean! Waitress was lovely and efficient. The portion was generous, so much so that I could not finish my meal so she boxed it up and the burger tasted phenomenal even the next day. What is your secret? Only recommendation, update the exterior to reflect interior. The interior should eventually be updated but the fact that it was clean made me jump for joy!!

This is my regular takeaway pizza joint - really tasty pizza, generous toppings and interesting flavours. In a world filled with bad chain pizza places, it is refreshing to have a small ON owned chain restaurant (I believe they have a couple of other locations in woodbridge) that serves good pizza - no more pan fried greasy poor quality pizza for me. I am half Italian and only eat the best pizza from my mother or wife so for me to praise this is indeed a sign of quality.

I have been a loyal customer of Arcata's since they opened. The pizza is great, hands down the best in Tecumseh and ALL of Windsor! Not too saucy, great thin crust. Always consistent, not like other places where you have great pizza one time, cold, greasy pizza the next.. Atmosphere is very nice, delightful mural, superb employees!
