Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy. Read more

Nice walk-in shower conversion from a very old tub/shower with window.What a difference..it's not cheap but guaranteed for life and hassle/worry free.We had one problem...a drain pipe came loose during the install and leaked into the kitchen sink below during first use...fortunately there was already a hole in the ceiling below from a previous leak so it was discovered and repaired within an hour or two of me calling bathfitters...wasn't his fault,quickly repaired,awesome job on the shower too Read more

It turns out the style of tub I chose was only made as a 30". I found this out after it arrived and prior to installation. Upon learning of this, Gerald showed up in about 45 mins with a 32" tub for me - for the same price. I was thrilled! Clean up was thorough and the crew was great. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
