Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. We recently had new windows, replacement sealed units, and a new garden door installed by Urban. We also had them adjust an existing door that was previously incorrectly installed by someone else. The quality of products installed & the calibre of workmanship was thoroughly impressive. They even went above-&-beyond when adjusting the existing door.
