I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. This is the second time we used Oakview as we just moved into our new home and many renovations were required. The whole team from Oakview came through for us in a professional and timely fashion.
