Tim is prompt and professional. He checked out my GE washing machine and gave me a much needed second opinion. The machine needs a timer module which is no longer available. Tim did an awesome job eliminating all other failure modes. I called him a second time, he fixed a improperly mounted door that was off the hinges and he fixed it so it closed properly.
