We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.

I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. He put in new fresh thermal paste and my old computer has life again.

I received prompt service for a satellite internet repair and was even squeezed in on a short notice cancellation. Turned out the issue wasn’t with my satellite equipment, but a power bar failure after an power outage. The tech was quick to find the problem and noticed our equipment could use an update. He replaced all the equipment and made some minor repairs to cable ends as well. Very happy with the quick efficient service.
