customer service at its finest our windows were tinted and it made a big difference in our energy costs, the comfort level in our home improved, unfortunately two years later we had some window seals break and Rusty quickly had these replaced and tinted at no cost to us,I cant say enough good about this company and cant Thank them enough
I have used Windsor Window Imaging to install tint both at my work and at our new home when we built in 2006. We had a few windows with bad seals, and Windsor Window Imaging's warrantee covered the manufacturer's warranty and they handled everything. They contacted the window manufacturer and took care of ordering the new seals, and then they came and installed the new tint on the new windows. I dealt directly with the owner, and they provide excellent customer service every time.
