Pawsitively Country Grooming

Staff extremely frustrated upon my return to pick up my dog after grooming session. Now, staff had previously known that my dog was anxious during the grooming process and would be more calm with a muzzle. They still did not apply said device, and when I returned to pick up my boy, the first words out of a supposed groomer who should be able to assess a dogs behaviour were, “ how do you put up with him?” My response was, You knew he was a tad anxious, did you not use the muzzle? Never again.
