worst shop I have ever had to deal with

I ordered a set of lug nuts they told me they were in stock at the distributer then after I have payed for them and extra for shipping derectly to them I get a call the next day and there not in stock so I will need to wait 2 weeks then 3 weeks and now I'm over a month and have Bin told a few times that they will be instock in a few day.and today I'm being told Friday I payed for the march 19 to day is April 23

We at Trackwerks are committed to our customer service, and have excellent feedback on all forms of social media. The customer was made aware that the company we were ordering the lug nuts from was very slow at shipping. the client was charged shipping as he did not want to wait for us to build an order. The customer did wait a month, which was out of our control. We wish the client would have spoken with us before writing a negative review when we properly addressed these concerns before we took his money.
