Never received product and they refuse to credit the account and put towards something else or refund. I see I am not the only one: be warned!
total rip off the pens I got were not working for most of them. I also ordered sample of 2023 never got they sent me 2021 and its not useful but for notes. will not order from them again.
I've ordered from Perfect Pens several times and never had an issue. The customer service is excellent, the pens arrive quickly, the imprint is accurate and the pens write beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend ordering from Perfect Pens.
I used a gel pen from another local business and LOVED it. When I found out it came from Perfect Pen, I immediately went home and called to make sure I got the same pen for my business. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable about various pens and he quickly found the exact pen I was searching for. I was so impressed that I also ordered some customized jute totes. Looking forward to receiving my order.
I have ordered mostly pens, lots of them. Had one order with a small defect in print, order no charge while I was only expecting small credit to next order. Great to deal with, I order all my dealership pens thru this company, Great price and service.
Horrible service and extremely poor customer service! Never received my order although the multiple communications and back and forth. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
