Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place.
Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase.
My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.
