    My external drive started making intermittent clicking sound and failed to show on all my computers at home and work. The online search gave an idea that the issue could be an internal reading head failure detectable as that strange click. When I reached out to Data Lab 247, first they advised was not to connect the failed drive to computer to prevent disk from more scratching and data corruption.
