Scamper's Snack Bar welcomes you to their dining room. You can get there not only by public transit but also by bicycle. They are situated in an area packed with merchants.
Incredibly rude employee at the counter. Myself and my friend (who is from India) lined up to get our orders taken. She ignored us, and took multiple orders from people behind us. I politely said, "we haven't had our order taken yet" assuming she thought that we did, and she snapped, "YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT YOUR TURN!!!" The man behind me even told me he couldn't believe what he was seeing from the employee. With that, my friend and I left. I've never had worse service in my life.
