    Poor Customer Service

    The branch manager (Tammy) was very rude and unhelpful in trying to resolve an issue with my new account (still unresolved a week later). RBC has some decent services so I would just sign up with another branch in town if you are looking to go with RBC so you can avoid similar issues.
