    well another Epic failure in our customer service industry . i purchased a pair of boots and paid cash after the in experienced and ill trained staff could not figure out how to pull up the original receipt they went and put it on my master card which as anyone knows can not happen unless it was the original payment method the staff should have never returned it on my master card of course the master card company would not accept the return on my master card in trying to resolved this the staff
